Returns paid by for by Paypal or VISA/MC are eligible for a
money back refund if returned within 7 days.
For all other payment methods & items postmarked within 8-14
days, a merchandise credit or exchange will be given.

All items must be returned in the condition that they were
received, along with a copy of the invoice.

To ensure that your return is processed as quickly as possible,
please email us the reason for the return and the date the
package was (or will be) mailed back.

Insurance and/or Delivery Confirmation is recommended on
returns.  You will not be refunded if we do not receive the item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless item was
damaged in shipping or defective.
Due to the high cost of postage, we are unable to refund
shipping fees should a buyer change their mind about wanting
a product.   Return postage is also the buyer's responsibility.


Manufacturing Defects
If an item happens to be faulty due to a manufacturing defect,
please contact us BEFORE returning your item.
The manufacturer may issue a return shipping label and
handle the return/replacement directly.

For those who do not wish to use Paypal™,
VISA & MasterCard payments are also accepted
during checkout.

Payments may also be made by check,
or money order.

For payments made with a personal check, it is agreed that if
the check is returned for non-sufficient funds or otherwise
unpaid, customer agrees to pay a returned check fee up to $35.

As technology improves, fraudulent checks & money orders
become harder to detect.  Therefore ALL paper payments are
subject to a waiting period before your order will ship.
Waiting times vary depending on the payment method, issuer &
origin - it can be anywhere from 24hrs to 10 days.

The majority of packages are shipped within
1-2 business days via USPS.

Mango Mage Gifts now offers one rate to anywhere in
the USA, on any size order!

Orders may be shipped 1st Class, USPS Standard or Priority
Mail, depending on the package size and weight.

In most cases there is little to no difference between the arrival
time of 1st class, Standard & Priority Mail.

APO and FPO address welcome!
We'll gladly ship packages to Military Mail addresses. At this
time, all APO/FPO packages can be shipped for the standard
US rates.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

  • Most international shipments fall in the $15
    to $25 range.  Therefore, we have set a $25
    approximate international flat rate to speed
    up order processing.   The final rate that you pay may
    be higher or lower, depending on the actual cost.  Lower
    cost adjustments will be refunded.  Higher costs will be
    billed (upon approval.)

  • International shipping costs can't be calculated until
    after your order has been placed.  The changes to
    USPS's international shipping rates have made it
    impossible to charge for shipping during checkout -
    there are just too many variables affecting the cost now.  

  • International rates are based on actual cost, plus a
    $2.00 - $2.50 handling charge (this covers packaging
    costs & delivery to the post office.)

  • Because size limitations are applied to international
    shipments, orders containing many large items may
    need to be split among several boxes.  

  • The BUYER is responsible for ALL TAXES & CUSTOM
    DUTIES on purchased items. The item price will be
    declared at the actual price you are purchasing the item
    for.  International shipments will not be marked as a
    "gift" unless the buyer is located within the US.

  • If you have questions or shipping requests please let us
    know. We're always happy to give you an estimate, or
    discuss other shipping options.

We retain the right to refuse shipment to any international
location, should unforeseen problems occur.
This includes violations of customs' regulations,
postal laws, etc.  Additional information about shipping to a

Should your shipment be refused, you will be refunded the
entire payment amount.

At this time Folkmanis® puppets cannot be shipped to Italy.

Back Orders, Special Orders
& Discontinued Items
  • BACKORDERS:  Occasionally items need to be placed
    on backorder.  Backorders are usually filled between 3 -
    15 days, depending on the time of year & the
    manufacturer's minimum order requirements.

  • SPECIAL ORDERS:  Some of our regular items can be
    special ordered if we don't have them in-stock at the
    time you place your order.  These items are labeled as  
    Special Order.  Orders are usually  filled when we re-
    stock, which can happen 1-4 times per month.

  • DISCONTINUED ITEMS: If an item is discontinued, you
    will be notified & given the option to receive a refund or
    exchange.

~~~  U.S. Jewelry Laws  ~~~
Many new laws & regulations are going into
effect that govern the sale of jewelry.

These laws can vary greatly depending on the state, and in
some cases affect jewelry items made for both adults & kids.

Please keep any state laws in mind when
purchasing jewelry for yourself, or as a gift.

Mango Mage™ is not currently selling any jewelry items
intended for children at this time.

Most jewelry items cannot be shipped to California!
The current regulations in place for adult jewelry in CA are mind-
boggling!  I have been selling handcrafting jewelry for over a
decade, and in that time I've collected many different types of
beads & findings... even some beautiful vintage items!  Most of
these items do not have the current documentation that is
becoming commonplace in today's world.

The solid Sterling Silver items we offer should be fine for CA
laws.  However, Sterling mixed with stone or glass may be
questionable...  even Swarovski crystals were banned for a time!

LOCAL PICK-UP
Only available in Wilmington, NC!

To encourage local sales, we are offering a $1 delivery charge
on $15 and above orders.  Deliveries are only made to an
agreed upon public location (usually in the Monkey Junction
area) during daylight hours.

Local orders must be pre-paid.

Please note, I'm a mom as well as a business owner.
Delivery arrangements have to be scheduled around kid's
activities, homework, and various other schedules ;)

Should you be unable to make a scheduled meeting, please
call at least 30 minutes prior to the meeting time.  Customers
that don't show up when scheduled (and haven't called me) will
be charged an additional $5.95 to have their package shipped.
